Hi all,
Ballarat High School is the host school for the Head of the lake 2022 and 2023.
With this roll we have to organise the catering for the event. We are asking if any parent/gradian has a current Food handlers certificate and willing to help on the day with the BBQ. We need at least 1 person present with the certificate from approximately 8:30am to 12:30pm on Head of the Lake day (Sunday 27th of Feb).
If you could assist with this please send myself and email (Robert.Simmonds@education.vic.gov.au).
If you don’t have your certificate but would love to help out on the BBQ that is great also, please let me know. We will start putting together a roster for this event.
